Orders placed with 2nd Day Shipping Monday through Friday after midnight EST or on weekends and holidays will ship on the following business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Please note that orders with 2nd Day Shipping will not be delivered on weekends. For example, if an order is placed with 2nd Day Shipping on a Thursday before midnight EST, it will be delivered the following Monday or the next business day.
Orders with Next Business Day Shipping placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before midnight EST ship the same day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders with Next Business Day Shipping placed Monday through Friday after midnight EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the following business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Please note that orders for Next Business Day Shipping will not be delivered on weekends. For example, if an order is placed with Next Day Shipping on a Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday or the next business day.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your order status and a tracking number so you may track your package online with the carrier.
Currently, Welry does not ship outside the United States and Canada nor can they accept payments from foreign credit cards. If you are purchasing from Welry overseas, we recommend setting up an account with the freight forwarder of your choosing.
Certain promotions are exempt from returns, as indicated on-site and/or in advertisements.
For eligible items, Welry offers a 60-day satisfaction guaranteed return and exchange policy for all jewelry in its original condition with proof of purchase.
Once your piece is received, Welry will provide a full refund or begin your exchange.
The only fee you are responsible for is the return shipping or price difference between the original purchase and exchange item, please be sure to include full postage to prevent processing delays.
Once your return has been processed your refund will be posted to your original payment method and you will receive an email notification.
Please allow up to one week for your refund to appear in your credit card transaction, PayPal account, or gift card.
