You can expect in-stock jewelry and loose diamond purchases to ship within 4 business days.
VRAI does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box. VRAI ships to North America, Europe, and other international countries.

All orders over $500, made-to-order jewelry, engagement rings, and wedding bands require a signature upon delivery.

VRAI accepts returns of in-stock jewelry, made-to-order jewelry, engagement, and wedding designs within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Your jewelry must arrive at us unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Engraved items are eligible for a return, however, the engraving fee is non-refundable.
Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and return reason, and refunds are processed within 15 business days of items being received.
At this time, VRAI is unable to provide international return shipping from Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.
Depending on where you are shopping from, VRAI prices are listed in USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, or GBP. EUR and GBP prices always include VAT.
If you are shopping from outside the US, EU, or the UK, duty, and tax will be calculated and collected during the checkout process.
VRAI also has a gift card, you can purchase a VRAI digital gift card here. VRAI digital gift cards are only available for US orders at this time.
At this time, VRAI is only able to provide payment option plans to the US, excluding US territories. VRAI will expand to international countries soon!
For US customers, we offer financing through Klarna, which applies to any US order under $10,000.
You’ll either have the option to finance, or you can pay in 4 interest-free installments if your order is under $1,000.
For the UK and German customers, we offer financing through PayPal, which applies to orders between €99 and €5000 for Germany and £30 and £8,000 for the UK.
VRAI does not offer payment plans for other international purchases at this time.
