Returning for online orders is easy. You need to send back the item you don’t like by mail or you can take them to the Urban Outfitters store.

An item that you bought in one of their Urban Outfitters stores can be returned to any Urban Outfitters store.
Find a store near you to check store hours and address info. Take your item and receipt to the store to return. Most returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
Returns that are made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When you place an order on Urban Outfitters, your credit or debit card is initially authorized to ensure funds for the order are available.
This authorization hold will occur every 7 business days until your order ships. You will be charged for items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
