The Bay has different types of delivery methods. Parcel Delivery, In-Home Delivery, and Curbside Delivery. Parcel Delivery, delivered by postal carriers and available for standard-size merchandise, including apparel, shoes, cosmetics, and fragrances.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are parcel delivered. Items that are eligible for in-home delivery are going to be delivered to your home.
The associate assisting you with your purchase will inform you of the delivery options available in your region and a window in which your product will arrive.
Curbside Delivery is for large items. Curbside delivery is not eligible for in-home delivery, including furniture, major appliances, barbecues, patio furniture, fitness equipment, and select outdoor play, which will be delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway or to an accessible location outside of your home by a third party freight forwarder.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it with its original packaging to any Hudson’s Bay store, or ship it back to The Bay’s warehouse with proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period or without an original receipt.
Standard-size merchandise (received via Parcel Delivery) should be returned within up to 30 days of purchase for a refund to be issued to the original tender. Jewelry and home electronics may only be returned within up to 30 days after purchase and become final sale after this time.

In order to pay for items on TheBay all you need to do is make your purchase using your Hudson’s Bay MasterCard or Hudson’s Bay Credit Card, and you will be able to take advantage of interest-free payments on selected items. Minimum monthly payments are required.
The main benefit of this card is that you double up your earning rate when you shop in-store. Depending on your Hudson’s Bay Rewards tier, you can earn up to 4 points per $1.
