SSENSE is usually delivering items in what’s called a multiple product order, but sometimes an order might be split into separate deliveries to allow SSENSE to process and deliver your products more efficiently.

Keep in mind that orders must be made before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to qualify for the next day’s a.m. shipping.

SSENSE is currently unable to fulfill any new orders to Russia until further notice.

Returns and Refunds

Free return shipping is offered to customers that are located in Canada. Here are some of the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in its original condition.

Just remember, the final sale items are not eligible for return. SSENSE will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

It will take up to 5 business days to process the refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
