The Solange ships internationally to over 50 destinations. Solange’s normal shipping times are:

Europe: 2-3 Working days*
North America(US & Canada): 2-3 Working Days*
Rest of the World: 3-5 Working Days*
Tracking: The Solange will send you an email when your order is dispatched, containing a tracking number and link. You will be able to track your order through all stages of the delivery process.
Made-to-order items are created on a made-to-order basis and they aim to deliver them in the time specified on the specific product’s page.
Items may take less time than this and Solange will inform you via email when this is the case.
Solange cannot be liable for any delays due to customs or tax clearances. There may be shipping exclusions relating to general shipments or specific items of jewelry for specific counties.

Solange will be closed on bank holidays. Please note that any orders placed within this timeframe will not be shipped until the first working day following the bank holiday.

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.Please contact [email protected] to process an order return.
Bespoke items and re-lacquering services are created on a made-to-order, customized basis and are not able to be returned or refunded unless there has been a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns to us must be in the original packaging and packed in the same method it was received.
All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you. Solange will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless agreed otherwise.
If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead. You will be contacted by a member of Solange’s team to inform you of this.
