Running Warehouse processes orders for business days (Monday – Friday). Orders that are placed before midnight EST (9:00 am PST) on a business day will ship the same day.
Orders placed after the shipping cut-off or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable). Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has been shipped.
Running Warehouse offers free shipping on all orders delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Depending on location, orders will typically arrive within 1-5 business days. In addition to the above, orders with a subtotal above $50 will be offered a free shipping option with delivery in 1-2 business days.
However, the free shipping offer only applies to packages under 12 lbs.
For any order that is delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States under 4lbs are eligible for $9.95 Overnight Shipping. The Qualifying orders will be offered the promotional $9.95 price during checkout.
Additional shipping options are available during checkout. Pricing for these options will be based on the size and weight of the package along with the delivery destination. Specific details on delivery times will be shown when the shipping option is displayed.
The international shipping services offered for your order will be dependent on the items and shipping destination for your order. To view international shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your specific items, simple place the items that you would like to order in the shopping cart.
In the “Calculate Shipping” box, select your country then click the arrow to view the available rates. This shipping quote does not include duties and import taxes imposed by your home country.
There are different types of delivery options for International shipping.
World Mail: Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays. Delivery is expected in 3-6 weeks. World Mail is a UPS International Mail service and it is only available for all orders weighing less than 2 pounds and that cost less than $75 USD.
USPS Express Mail: Packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. USPS Express Mail delivery is expected in 7-14 days and is available for all orders that cost less than $200 USD.
Federal Express International Economy: This shipping delivery option’s timeframe is expected to be delivered within 5-7 business days with comprehensive tracking.
FedEx Express International: This is a priority delivery option and it is expected to be delivered within 2-5 business days with comprehensive tracking.
UPS Worldwide: This delivery option is the fastest and it is expected to arrive within 1-3 business days with comprehensive tracking provided through UPS.
Running Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point, whether it is new or used, as long as it is within 90 days of the original invoice date.
Products returned beyond 90 days from the original invoice date may be eligible to receive store credit at the sole discretion of Running Warehouse.
Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered.
If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Running Warehouse.
For international returns, once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container.
Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed. Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to their warehouse.
