Regular Delivery for in-stock merchandise is 5-7 business days.
For Express Delivery, add $10. For Overnight Delivery add $20. Overnight Shipping is available for delivery on the next regular business day.
Express 2-Day Shipping is available for delivery in 2 regular business days.
All Express Delivery orders need to be placed by 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for express delivery.
Saturday is not a regular business day.
International Shipping is available, and the cost covers the transportation, insurance, duties & taxes.

Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned.
A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
We may deduct a $4.95 return shipping fee from your return.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in U.S. dollars in the same amount that you paid for the item.
