UPS Delivery provides detailed online tracking. USPS can be cheaper for smaller packages, but detailed tracking is not available and estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping options within the United States include UPS Ground and FedEx Ground with delivery in 1–6 business days, USPS Priority with delivery in 1–3 business days, and FedEx Home Delivery within 1–6 business days, including Saturday deliveries.
UPS Next Day Air services do not include Saturday or Sunday delivery. Please contact them if you need Saturday delivery.
Expedited shipping options include UPS Three Day Select with delivery in 3 business days, UPS Second Day Air and FedEx 2-Day with delivery in 2 business days, UPS Next Day Air Saver with next business day delivery by 3 PM, and UPS Next Day Air with next business day delivery by 10:30 AM.
Shipments to Canada are generally subject to import fees, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are due upon delivery and paid for by the receiver. Shipping rates for orders going to Canada do not include applicable duties or taxes. This is because, these fees can be substantial!
Furthermore, any import fees, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees due on returns coming from Canada will be subtracted from the credit due for the return.

Shipping options to Canada include UPS Canada Standard with delivery in up to 10 business days, Priority Mail International (delivered by Canada Post) within 6–10 business days, FedEx Canada Ground for Quebec and Ontario in 1–2 business days, and FedEx Canada Ground for Western Canada in 3–4 business days.
If products are returned used, damaged, or without their packaging, they reserve the right to charge a restocking/refurbishment fee to make the product salable again or, in rare cases, refuse the return all together.
For footwear (including climbing shoes) they recommend wearing new shoes and boots around your house until you are sure the fit is correct. Once shoes have been worn outside or show wear they will no longer be returnable for a refund in the original method of payment. They do not pay for return shipping. However, if they have made an error in the shipment (shipped the wrong product or a defective product) that requires a return or exchange, they will issue a return shipping label to get the product back and ship the replacement for free.
