If you want to exchange your product, once you’ve filled out the Return/exchange form on their website and have sent the unwanted item back to them, your new item will be sent out. This process typically takes between 10-14 days.
They are unable to process exchanges for different colors. In this case, please simply return your original order and place a new order for the color you desire.
