ModCloth ships within the U.S. and also internationally. For domestic shipping info, shipping charges are assessed on all orders based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. They’re shipping orders on business days, Monday to Friday, of course except in cases of bad weather or major holidays.
If you place your order over the weekend, it will be fulfilled within the following week.
If you’re placing your order with the Expedited or Next Day method order over the weekend, your package will be shipped on the next business day.
In case you don’t like what you’ve ordered, ModCloth will accept your return if it’s unwashed, unworn, or unused. Returned items must be received by us within 28 days of the order’s original shipment date to be eligible for a refund. Once an order has been placed it can’t be canceled or changed.
Shoes must be returned within their original box, and the shoe box must be packaged in an outer protective shipping container for return transit.
Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner attached and intact. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Keep in mind that it takes 14 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at their warehouse.
For international returns, returns must be sent back within 60 days of your order ship date to be eligible for a refund.
ModCloth do not offer exchanges or store credit for non-U.S. orders at this time.

ModCloth accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay.
Keep in mind they’re not accepting any other payment methods apart from those listed above in domestic checkout.
