For example, standard shipping is free for the UK and USA. And in some cases, if you spend over $200 in any other international countries outside of USA, UK and Europe it is free. You can see the full list of shipping costs, options and delivery timeframes in the table below the review.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and they do not currently cover this cost.
To their customers in Australia, please note that they need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia for them to comply with Australian import tax laws.

Their returns period is extended from the date you receive your order.
They aim to process all orders within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days, due to this busy time of year.
They are only able to accept returns on items – including earrings – if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
However, they can’t accept returns on engraved items – unless they were received faulty – as they’ve customized these pieces, especially for you.
They are also unable to accept returns on items purchased from their stockists, and all purchases made will need to be returned directly to them.
Returns are free of charge for customers that are based in the US, or mainland UK. For customers based in Europe or the rest of the World, the return cost will be calculated in their Returns Portal.
They accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and AliPay.
AliPay is not available as a payment option for orders containing gift cards.
If you select a different currency to shop on their site. For example, GBP and then you select Paypal as your payment method, Paypal will charge you for the order in GBP, which you will see at Checkout and in your order confirmation.
If you’re paying with Klarna, the payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed. If you have ordered a personalized item, the payment will also be taken at the time of ordering.
