The shipping and processing times depend on the items you’re ordering. The status of each product (in stock, shipping later, or made-to-order) is indicated on each product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
Shipping timelines are usually within 7 business days from the date ordered, but be sure to note the estimated “ships on” on each product page – this is the date it will leave our facility. You’ll see it above the “Add to Bag” button. Do note that in-stock engraved and monogrammed items usually ship within 8 business days from the purchase date.
For the United States and Canada, duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
For Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany, import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
For other international shipments, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
Please note that Mejuri does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

Unfortunately, Mejuri does not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale. The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit, and/or size exchange.
Mejuri offers exchanges for a different size (same metal type and stone) for our Milestone collections pieces (engagement and wedding bands).
Return your order to Mejuri in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates.
Mejuri will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods!
Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order.
This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Mejuri, accepts the following payment methods, Credit Card, Debit Visa Card, PayPal, Klarna, Mejuri Digital and Physical Cards, and Store Credit.
Mejuri Digital and Physical Cards are e-gift cards that will arrive within 24 hours via email once the order is placed. The gift card can be used towards any Mejuri product online and in-store and the value does not expire. Enter the code provided via email at the payment step of checkout!
