6. Pack the items. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning. Ensure the previous delivery label is covered with one of the returns labels. Please contact our Customer Care team if you don’t have a returns label.

7. Upon collection, hand the parcel and returns the invoice to the driver. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed by MATCHESFASHION at our distribution center.

Refunds & Exchanges

Items that are successfully returned will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected, added as MatchesFashion credit on the account used to purchase the items.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

All of the products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and intact state, with all protective materials in place, as well as all attached MatchesFashion, and brand tags.
