The first month when you subscribe to LUXSB, your product will ship in 5-7 days, and each following month after you’re billed.
You will receive an email with tracking details after the order leaves their facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking # to update.

If you want to send your Luxury Scent Box to a friend or family member simply log into your profile and change your shipping address before the 1st of each month.
Once the address has been changed, your subscription will be shipped to that address every month.
Be sure to change the address in your profile to assure it will be shipped to the correct address.
To change your address in your profile, click on ACCOUNT from the top menu, and click on EDIT SHIPPING INFO. You will receive an email from LUXSB with tracking details after the order leaves our facility.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking # to update.
You can also access your tracking # link in your account next to your order. Luxury Scent Box deliveries are in an envelope that fits in a standard mailbox. Usually, the courier will leave a package in front of the door or mailroom if it does not fit.
Unfortunately, Luxury Scent Box does not offer returns on any of its products. Once you order your product, and once the product is shipped, you cannot do anything to cancel your order. Choose wisely and don’t rush with your favorite fragrance product.
Luxury Scent Box only accepts credit cards as a form of payment.
You won’t have any payment options such as AfterPay or Affirm where you can split your payment into interest-free installments.
Make sure you have one of the commonly credit cards that they’re requiring to have your fragrance product as soon as possible at your address.
A standard plan is $15.95 per month. It includes a LUXSB – your choice of fragrance .30oz/9ml. You will receive a fragrance case with your first order and a new case quarterly automatically.
Premium and Ultra-Premium fragrances are charged extra as an upcharge on the month they are shipped, if you select a premium fragrance as your product to be shipped to you.
