All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached.
Returns made after 60 days may be ineligible for a full or partial refund or credit.
To initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please go to Hats.com/start-return. Enter your order# and email and follow the prompts to select the product, the reason, and how to return your item(s).
