They must allow up to 10 business days from the ship date for U.S. orders to arrive before declaring that they are “lost in transit” and can be re-shipped.
APO/FPO/Military orders must allow up to 15 business days for the same reasons listed above.
All international orders must allow at least 30 days from the ship date.

If your order is returned to sender, you will be issued a refund once they receive the package. The shipping fee, for return to senders is non-refundable, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Lastly please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are considered exempt from normal business days.
They will accept returns for the product in its original condition and with the tags still attached, or that is defective. Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
