The founder of Everlane is Michael Preysman, and it was founded in 2010. Everlane has products for men and women’s fashion.

Everlane is working hard to get your order packed quickly and on time. It usually takes about one to three business days for Everlane to pack up and ship out your order.
Express and Next Day orders placed before 10 am PT ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 10 am PT or on the weekend will ship the next business day.
Orders shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO sites generally take two to five weeks for delivery. Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail has unique transportation and handling requirements, which result in extended standard delivery time for online orders.
Besides U.S. shipment, there’s also international shipping.
No-Rush, Standard, and Express shipping are not available in all countries.
Available shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed in local currency at checkout.
Free and/or reduced shipping promotions will be applied at checkout.
Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Shipping costs are in USD or the equivalent amount in your selected currency.
Everlane is not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service.
You should contact a third-party shipper for any shipping issues that arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding the tracking
If you’re maybe not satisfied with your purchase, or your size is not good, don’t worry, Everlane has your back.
Everlane is open and pleased to accept your returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the shipping date. In-person returns are free.
Mail-in returns have a $5 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.
Everlane is accepting returns at all of our IRL retail locations, through your local Happy Returns Bar, or by mail.

Swim and bodysuits can be returned if the protective hygienic liner is still attached and is not part of Everlane’s Final Sale collection.
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are issued to the original form of payment.
Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit. If you have been refunded in-store credit and would like your refund back to the original form of payment instead, just reach out to Everlane here and they’ll take care of it for you. The above policy is for US-based customers.
For international returns, they’re accepting unworn items in their original condition within 45 days of the ship date. Gift cards, face masks, and undergarments are final sales and cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are currently refundable upon return only to customers in some countries.
Handling fees and taxes are refundable upon return for customers in Canada.
For all other international countries, you may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a tax refund on any returned products.

Everlane is accepting Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 100 countries (you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout).
Everlane is also accepting payments with PayPal, and Klarna.
Their retail stores have contactless checkout and will only accept card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or contactless payment (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay).
Everlane’s stores do not currently accept cash. Everlane is unable to split payments between multiple payment methods.
