United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) are their carriers. In some cases, UPS will work with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS SurePost & Mail Innovations delivery options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.
For purchases made online, the return window begins on the date the goods are shipped.
For purchases made in-store, the return window begins on the date of purchase.

Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded to a merchandise credit. They will gladly look up receipts for their Rewards Members for all purchases made on their accounts.
You can return your purchase to any store location regardless of whether you bought it in-store or online.
