Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. They will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If they are having a piece custom-made for you, please see your order notification for your wait time. If you need something by a certain date, please contact Catbird and they will do their absolute best to make it so!
You can shop online and pick up your order in their Williamsburg or Soho store and avoid shipping costs. Make sure to wait until you receive an email letting you know your order is ready for you. To collect your order, you will need to present a copy of your order confirmation.
NY taxes will apply to your order. Orders not picked up within 45 days will be refunded and returned to stock. This applies to in-stock items only — it does not apply to any custom orders. Please contact them if you need more time!
They ship in partnership with eShopWorld to provide international shipping service to their customers via DHL Express. Make sure to review all details here before placing an international order. If you are located in the US but shipping internationally, you must select your destination country in the drop-down menu on their footer before checking out.
Catbird ship via DHL Express for a flat fee of $25 USD on international orders, and $15 USD to Canada. Please note shipping fees will be in the local currency.
Once your order is ready, DHL Express shipping takes between 2 – 7 business days for delivery.
Please note, that your local customs agency may add additional business days for clearance in some cases. Duties and taxes are required on goods when transported across an international border. These fees are based on the value and contents of your order and are established by and paid directly to the destination country. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout and unfortunately cannot be refunded by Catbird.

Within 10 days after the delivery date of your box, you may return any online purchases you are not entirely happy with for a refund or store credit.
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Catbird needs to approve all returns. Your refund will be reduced by $5 for return postage.
Special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items, fragrances, beauty products, earrings from piercing events, vibrators, and comestibles are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
They cannot accept international returns at this time due to specific US import regulations. Please note they are also not able to issue any refunds on the original duties & taxes paid by the receiver on behalf of your order. These fees are remitted to the destination country at the time of order placement.
