Shipping Information
You have 3 shipping methods available to you at checkout. UPS Ground shipping is the most popular option, and the most affordable (it’s free on orders over $50).
If you need your items sooner you can choose two-day shipping. If you’re excited to get your items you may choose next-day shipping.

Ground shipping and returns are free for all orders placed within the contiguous U.S. Otherwise, your total shipping charges will be computed at checkout, before the completion of your order
UPS Ground: Free for orders over $50
UPS Ground: $8 flat rate for orders under $50
UPS 2 Day: $20 flat rate
UPS Next Day: $30 flat rate (get your order in before 10:00 AM EST)

For all International orders, you will be responsible for any duty and tax that is charged outside of shipping costs.
If the shipment is refused, you will not be refunded for your purchase. Unfortunately, they are unable to accept international exchanges at this time.
We now offer free shipping and returns to orders over $200. Orders under $200 will ship with a flat rate charge of $20.
Transit time will vary depending on the final destination however, they typically estimate 10 business days for delivery.
Depending on where you are located customers are responsible for any additional tax/duty.
Returns must be made within two weeks of receipt and are free to U.S. customers.
Footwear must be returned unworn and in the original shoebox.
Botkier also ask that your handbags come back in prime condition – unused, unworn, and ready to be loved by the next customer.
All returns are inspected upon arrival back to them and will be refunded once the inspection is completed.
You will need your email used to purchase or your order number. Once they’ve received your return request, they’ll send a confirmation email with the next steps.
