There are several shipping options that BloomingDales has for you. Standard Delivery, Premium Delivery, Express Delivery, Same-Day Delivery, and Beauty Items with Restrictions on Air Shipping. Standard Delivery is within 1-5 business days, for example, standard order that is placed on Sunday will be ordered by Tuesday.
If you want to upgrade your shipping from Standard to Premium, you will need to pay an additional $12.
Orders that are placed before 5:00 pm ET for in-stock merchandise will be processed the following business day.
If you want to upgrade your shipping from Standard to Express, you will need to pay an additional $20.
Same-Day delivery must be placed by 12:00 pm local time, Monday-Sunday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will arrive the next day.
Restricted items include aerosols, pressurized spray cans, and alcohol-based products. Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.
Bloomingdales.com ships to over 100 locations worldwide. For a list of available locations, please click the flag in the upper-right corner of the homepage. Items generally arrive within 4-13 business days after your order is received.
If you don’t like what you bought, it’s okay.
You will have 90 days to return most BloomingDale’s purchases for a refund, as long as your purchase is still in good condition.
The Final Offer items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Some products have special return policies, such as Designer Apparel dresses.
BloomingDales is offering free returns every day on online orders.
If you somehow do not have the receipt, without proof of purchase, you will receive the lowest selling price in the last 180 days.
For returns without a receipt, BloomingDales may require you to provide your name and address. You can exchange your product within 90 days of shipment by using their online return tool for a credit and then placing a new online order or by calling their customer service center.
