This can vary depending on where you are getting your product shipped to. USA Domestic Orders ship from their warehouse. Unless otherwise specified or chosen your order will ship via USPS First Class or equivalent with tracking included.

Normal processing times for all orders are 24-48 hours depending on the time it is placed. They will email you tracking once it has been shipped.

First Class or Free = 3-7 Days

USPS Priority Mail = 2-4 Days

USPS Express Mail = 1-3 Days

UPS Next Day Air = 24-48 Days. Order by 11:00 AM PST for next-day delivery. Signature Required.

All shipments include tracking, they will send this to you via email automatically but you can also request it at any time via email or phone.

What Is Diff Eyewear’s Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase here is what you need to know:

• Non-prescription products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase, and prescription products are eligible for returns up to 14 days from receiving the product
• Items purchased on their clearance sale page are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• Items must be unworn (a quick try-on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
• The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable, and there will be a $9 restocking fee removed from your refund.
• Return items must be sent back within 10 days of initiating your return with the label provided.
• International returns: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free and are shipped with Priority Mail. They offer up to 2 exchanges. If you are unhappy with 2nd exchange they will offer a refund which will be subject to a $9 restocking fee.

This exchange policy does not apply to international customers.

However, their warranty extends to 1 year from the purchase date to cover manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, stretching of the frames due to wearing them on top of your head, other misuses, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect.
