Shipping on Universal Store

UniversalStore is shipping in Australia, and of course outside of Australia. International shipping rates do not include any customs charges or taxes that may incur during shipping.

Returning Policy

If you receive anything you are not very pleased with for any reason, UniversalStore will help you with an exchange or refund within 40 days from the purchase.

Before you return your item, you need to make sure they are:

• in the same condition they were when you received them
• not worn, washed, or altered, have their original swing tags, and are still in their original packaging
• swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits must have hygiene stickers intact
• no earrings or face masks. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or face masks.

UniversalStore also has online returns and they are even easier with Australia Post Easy Returns.

If you want to return shoes, make sure you package them securely so that the box cannot get damaged during returning journey.

When your parcel has arrived, UniversalStore will contact you and refund your order within 48 business hours.

Make sure you bring acceptable proof of purchase for your items.

Unfortunately, UniversalStore is not offering exchanges for international customers.

However, UniversalStore will accept a refund on faulty products.
